Evolve Dogs LLC provides professional dog training and behavior services, including but not limited to obedience training, puppy development, and behavior modification.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion without prior notice.
3. Client Responsibilities
By booking a service, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and your dog.
Follow all training instructions and safety guidelines provided by our trainers.
Ensure that your dog is in good health and up to date on required vaccinations before participating in sessions.
Supervise your dog at all times during training sessions unless otherwise directed by the trainer.
You acknowledge that dog training involves participation, consistency, and commitment from the owner. Results may vary based on each dog’s temperament, environment, and adherence to training.
4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
Payment for services must be made in full prior to or at the time of the first session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting a session or deposit.
Missed or late sessions without notice may be charged in full.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, trainer availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Liability Waiver
By participating in any Evolve Dogs LLC service, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for your dog’s behavior and safety.
Evolve Dogs LLC, its owners, trainers, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, dogs, or property arising from participation in training sessions, on or off premises.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evolve Dogs LLC and its representatives against any claims resulting from you or your dog’s actions.
